If your business is stating to ‘be’ something or ‘aspire’ to achieve something, whether that be your business strategy, your values, how you lead, etc…… your employees are asking themselves “If 👆🏻 is true, what is my experience of this in my day-to-day?” And if they don’t experience it, they’re calling BS! Your people need signals and cues to tell them that 👆🏻 matters and we need to intentionally design for this.

Designed for impact, my masterclasses are aimed at actively engaging leaders and teams in topics related to their growth and development with a foundation in connection.


The masterclasses are crafted in partnership, tailored to your businesses' needs and can cover a range of topics, for example: career development, growth mindset, resilience and adaptability, collaboration and communication, feedback.


Each masterclass has three components:

  • Learning: Discover and learn tools and models that bring the topic to life in a meaningful way
  • Conversation: Reflect and embed the learning
  • Play: Put learning and insights into practice in impactful ways!


The masterclass experience:

  • Duration: can range from 60 mins to half or full days
  • Topics are tailored for your organisation
  • Delivered virtually or in-person across Australia

Sometimes we can really benefit from 1:1 conversations. Coaching can support you to develop your awareness, gain greater insight and expand your thinking. 


I believe in coaching for performance and results and offer coaching which include both face-to-face sessions and accountability check-ins to make sure the individuals I work with get the outcomes they're after.

HBDI Certified Practitioner

The HBDI tool is used to increase self-awareness and understanding of individual thinking preferences and how this can be utilised this to improve decision making, problem solving and building effective relationships.


Based on the idea that individuals have four main thinking preferences (analytical, sequential, interpersonal & imaginative) and understanding these preferences leads to better communication, problem solving and decision making.


The use of HBDI can lead to more well-rounded and adaptable individuals and teams, better equipped to address challenges and capitalise on opportunities in various aspects of life and work.
