The HBDI tool is used to increase self-awareness and understanding of individual thinking preferences and how this can be utilised this to improve decision making, problem solving and building effective relationships.
Based on the idea that individuals have four main thinking preferences (analytical, sequential, interpersonal & imaginative) and understanding these preferences leads to better communication, problem solving and decision making.
The use of HBDI can lead to more well-rounded and adaptable individuals and teams, better equipped to address challenges and capitalise on opportunities in various aspects of life and work.
