👋🏻 Hey I’m Alana, affectionately also known as Lans or AB!

I describe myself as a ‘human experience fanatic’ because for as long as I can remember I have been obsessed with the experience we create for employees at work. I started my business, Connected Experience, to work with businesses to create experiences that are connected.

What do I mean by this? If your business is stating to ‘be’ something or ‘aspire’ to achieve something, whether that be your business strategy, your values, how you lead…… your employees are asking themselves “If 👆🏻 is true, what is my experience of this in my day-to-day?” And if they don’t experience it, they’re calling BS! Your people need signals and cues to tell them that 👆🏻 matters and we need to intentionally design for this.
